The Syndication Department is involved in the origination and structuring of syndicated loans with primary responsibility for distribution of these transactions. The team works alongside other ABC Group business units when a potential syndicated transaction is identified or alternatively by the department from its continuous counter-party market contacts.

• Based in Bahrain, the Syndications product team provides support to the relationship units within the ABC Group.  The team assists with the origination and structuring of syndicated financings on behalf of government entities, financial institutions and corporate clients as well as project and Islamic financing. The department has global responsibility for the distribution of underwriting risk and is active in the primary and secondary loan market for the MENA region.
