Retail Centre Of Excellence
The Retail Centre of Excellence at the Head Office proactively manages and monitors as well as provides ongoing support and guidance to retail units in order to enhance the growth momentum of Retail Banking across the Group.
It is staffed with high calibre professionals with relevant domain expertise and skill sets that are appropriate in further developing the Group’s retail franchise.
The functional domains of the Retail Centre of Excellence encompass product development and marketing, wealth management and liabilities, network management to manage the growing distribution channels, business intelligence & analytics, retail credit policy & framework, service quality and delivery including process re-engineering.
The Retail Centre of Excellence works closely with the Country and Retail management teams in building the core strategies for the business as well as to provide direction and guidance on key issues. The team works towards collective learning objectives and provides expert advice as well as hand-holding support in implementation and managing business growth by sharing the knowledge base and organizational experiences.
Specialists with domain expertise have functional responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient ways of delivering product and service value propositions to target customer segments.
