of one thousand five hundred million United States dollars
(US$1,500,000,000), a fully subscribed and paid up share capital
of one billion United States dollars (US$1,000,000,000) and
its head office at ABC Tower, Diplomatic Area, PO Box 5698,
Manama, Bahrain. It is licensed as an Offshore Banking Unit
by the Bahrain Monetary Agency and listed on the Stock Exchanges
of Bahrain (with effect from 7 May 1990) and Paris (with effect
from 25 June 1990).
