As part of its core business strategy, ABCIB’s Project and Structured Finance (“P&SF”) team focuses on delivering lending (structuring underwriting, arranging and as a direct provider of funds) and project finance advisory services to clients, active in the in the oil and gas, power and water, petrochemicals, mining and metals,  telecommunications, infrastructure, shipping and aviation industries.  The P&SF team operates as part of Arab Banking Corporation’s global product group, with focus on clients and investments in, or from, the Arab world in line with ABC Group strategy.

The ABCIB P&SF team is split between London and Paris to optimise client and market coverage and offers project finance, structured finance, and asset finance, either as a conventional loan, or under a Shariah compliant structure - or as part of an export credit / multi-source financing - on behalf of the ABC Group.  The P&SF team can demonstrate a long history of successful transactions in all sectors throughout the Arab world, and the ABC Group is committed to expanding and developing this core business activity.
